On the la Doua Science Park an official committee called C.D.S.T. (Committee for Scientific and Technological Development) is in charge of organising and developing the technopole.

The la Doua C.D.S.T. was created in 1991. It gathers the different schools and universities of the science park and aims at increasing the influence of what is one of Greater Lyon's major sites. It also helps its economic development and particularly :
the creation of businesses on or around the science park,
the setting up of innovative and high-tech organisations and companies,
the increased financing of major projects for the site (infrastructures, facilities...),
the implementation of an active policy encouraging the transmission of scientific and technological skills to companies (promotion of research, technological transfer, continuous education...),
