One
of the main characteristics of the la Doua Science Park has always been its strong
links with the industrial world. 4 organisations are in charge of promoting
research at la Doua :
ATLAS,
acting for ESCPE-Lyon, ISARA and ITECH-Lyon.
CNRS
(with various schemes enabling businesses to benefit from CNRS's knowledge and
know-how. DAE is a structure in charge of relations with businesses and the promotion
of research on a national basis. It relies on services dedicated to establishing
partnerships and promoting research to relay its action to labs).
EZUS-Lyon1,
a Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University subsidiary
INSAVALOR,
an INSA-Lyon subsidiary dedicated to the promotion of research.
Organisations
in charge of research act as interfaces between businesses and research labs.
They offer key services. The design, the implementation or manufacturing
of a process or a product, the development of an innovation all require complementary
skills which may not be available in the same company. On a daily basis, organisations
in charge of research show their ability to accompany SME's, large industrial
groups, and public or semi-public organisations whether French or international
with due confidentiality.
